We purchased an X5 hybrid with Janus warranty. Our experience was nothing short of exemplary. When we received a critical error on the car due to the batteries not charging up, we took it to the local Florida BMW dealership. They claimed … More that we were supposed to pay close to $7,000 for replacement of the batteries. I contacted Janus and asked them if they would cover the replacement as it is stated in the warranty, and they agreed to do it. However, after doing research, they figured out that BMW should cover the batteries as they were still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Janus got in touch with BMW headquarters and the BMW dealership. After some back and forth, BMW covered most of the repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. Whatever was left, which was close to $1,000 not covered by BMW, Janus covered. That's the company that goes above and beyond to make sure that customer is satisfied. -
I would recommend Janus to anyone when buying a vehicle either new or used. In my life it has saved me a number of times. With the cost of labor going up each year and the cost of parts increasing by 1/4 since Covid, it has always made … More sense for me to have “health insurance” on my cars.
